When you send a project inquiry, we receive the information you choose to provide, including your name, work email, service interest, project message, and any optional company, telephone number, website, budget or timeline details. We also receive information you send through direct email.
Our website hosting and security providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as request details and network information.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to review your inquiry, communicate with you, understand project requirements, prepare requested proposals and maintain relevant business correspondence. Submitting the inquiry form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
3. Services that help us operate
Our site is hosted through Vercel. Our project inquiry form uses server-side verification, and the submitted message is sent to our business inbox through Resend. These service providers process information as needed to provide the relevant hosting, protection, or email-delivery service. Service infrastructure may operate outside Pakistan.
We do not publish inquiry details or sell project inquiry information to advertisers.
4. Retention and security
We retain business correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or existing client relationship, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. You may request deletion of inquiry information, subject to records we must retain.
We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet communication or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details or other highly sensitive information in the form.
5. Your choices
You can ask what personal information we hold in connection with your inquiry, request a correction, or request deletion by emailing greenappletechsol@gmail.com. We will review and respond to requests in accordance with applicable law.
